Choosing the set quantity really depends on your own personal preferences. It's easier to buy the bedding as a set as it saves you hunting for separate items and it can also be cheaper.

If you have older children then you probably have bedding ready to be passed on to your toddler and you may just need to top up your bedding perhaps with a new fitted sheet.

Your child has his own unique interests and you want to make bedtime and his bed special for him. One option is to pass the bed and basic bedding onto your toddler and then make his bed unique to him by choosing together a new pillow cover and duvet or blanket.
